In preparation for a highly anticipated group stage match in the African Champions League, representatives from Sundowns and Pyramids FC convened in Pretoria, South Africa, to finalize match day arrangements.
The technical meeting outlined jersey colors, kickoff times, and procedural details for Sunday’s clash at Loftus Versfel Stadium.
Pyramids are set to visit Sundowns for a 3 p.m.
kickoff on Sunday at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria, in what will be the third round of the group stages for the prestigious continental club competition.
The meeting resulted in Pyramids agreeing to don their traditional blue and white strip, with their goalkeeper to be clad in green.
Hosts Sundowns will sport their iconic yellow and blue, with their goalkeeper in pink.
Both teams are scheduled to make their way to the stadium at 1:10 p.m.
with an immediate submission of team sheets to the match coordinator upon arrival being mandatory.
Pyramids were represented at the meeting by Administrative Manager Ahmed Zaher, Head of Medical Staff Dr. Mostafa El-Mounayeri, Public Relations Manager Sherif Gamal, and Media Center Manager Atef Shady.
