The Pyramids 2007 team emerged victorious with a 4-2 win against Future FC at Al-Asmarat Stadium in the latest round of the youth sector league.
The match, a part of the competition’s 15th round, highlighted the young talents from the Pyramids side.
The goal fest commenced with Youssef Mahmoud Abdel Gaber’s strike in the 37th minute. Not long after, Abdullah Mohamed El-Sayed doubled the lead with a goal in the 40th minute.
The momentum continued in the second half as Omar Ahmed Sayed added to the tally in the 51st minute, with Ismail Ahmed Mohamed capping off the scoring in the 82nd minute.
With this triumph, the Pyramids 2007 team holds the tenth spot in the league standings, trailing the top spot by eight points.
Pyramids FC’s women’s team defeated Future FC 2-1 in their latest league match at the Sports City Stadium in Asmarat.
The victory came during the ninth round of the league season.
Striker Yewande Fajobi scored both goals for Pyramids, earning the team three important points.
The win places Pyramids women in third place in the league standings, with 15 points and four games in hand.
