Abdel Rahman Magdy expressed his great joy in joining Pyramids FC, highlighting that moving to a prominent club like Pyramids, which has been a major force since its inception, is an important step in his professional football career.
He hopes to be a valuable addition to the team and help them win more championships alongside his teammates. Magdy added that he is pleased the club secured its first title by winning the Egypt Cup.
He hopes to meet expectations and, with the current squad, help the team achieve success and continue competing for all major titles, as is the club’s tradition.
Magdy said: “I come from a big club like Ismaily, which I wish the best for in the future. I want to thank the fans who supported me throughout the past years.
I am happy to be here at Pyramids, a club with a professional administration that established itself as a major player from day one.
My goal is to win every championship and become the best player in Egypt next season.”
He also expressed his excitement about playing for Pyramids in the CAF Champions League, stating that he will be fully focused from day one to help the club achieve all its objectives.
He emphasized that the team will compete for everything this season—the league, the cup, the Super Cup, and the Champions League. Magdy extended his gratitude to Pyramids’ management for their trust in him and their determination to sign and support him consistently.
Although negotiations with Ismaily took some time, he thanked everyone involved, especially CEO Eng. Mamdouh Eid and director of transfers Captain Amr Bassiouny, who remained committed to securing his transfer.
He is thrilled to be part of the team and hopes to live up to expectations.
He is also excited to play alongside such a talented group of players, whom he considers brothers, and is looking forward to winning everything with them.
