Islam Eissa began his football journey with Al-Nasr Club’s youth team, steadily advancing until he was promoted to the first team. Despite encountering obstacles along the way, such as his transfer to Al-Obour Club in the Third Division, he persevered and excelled.Eventually, he returned to Al-Nasr before ultimately signing with El Masry in January 2018. In the summer of 2019, he made the move to Pyramids FC.
