Mahmoud Donga started his career with Nogoum El Mostaqbal and continued with the team until 2015. He then moved to Misr El-Makkasa and later joined Zamalek. He subsequently joined Ismaily in 2019 before officially signing with Pyramids FC in 2022 on a free transfer.
