Chibi began his career with Raja Casablanca in 2011. After a short period, he was loaned to several different clubs, including Kawkab Marrakech and Chabab Rif Al Hoceima, before moving to Union Khemisset in 2014. In 2015, he joined Olympic Club de Khouribga.Chibi had stints with Moghreb Tetouan and Chabab Atlas Khenifra before moving to Royal Armed Forces in 2018. He then joined Ittihad Tanger for two years in 2019 before returning to the Royal Armed Forces in 2021. From there, he moved to Pyramids FC in 2022.Chibi made his first appearance for the Moroccan national team on November 12, 2021, during the match in which the Atlas Lions won 3-0 against the Sudanese national team in the qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup.
