Former French international star Gaël Clichy, who played for Arsenal, Manchester City, and the French national team, praised Pyramids FC during a visit to the club to watch training.

Clichy was greeted by Pyramids FC President Engineer Mamdouh Eid, who presented him with a Pyramids FC jersey bearing his name in appreciation of his visit to the club.
The French star expressed his happiness to be visiting Egypt for the first time at the invitation of his friend Karim Hafez, with whom he previously played at Başakşehir in Turkey and maintains a close friendship.
Hafez invited Clichy to visit Egypt and Pyramids FC, and he was delighted to accept the invitation.
Clichy said that Pyramids FC is characterized by its high professionalism comparable to European clubs and its great potential.
He expects the club to achieve its first titles in the near future, as he has learned a lot about it from Karim Hafez and sees that it is progressing steadily towards achieving its goals
