Pyramids FC Announces Signing of Abdel Rahman Magdy

As part of Pyramids FC’s strategy to strengthen the football team with top players for the new season, which includes participation in several local and continental championships, the club will begin its campaign this September in the Round of 32 of the CAF Champions League.

This effort is led by club president Eng. Mamdouh Eid and the transfers department headed by Captain Amr Bassiouny.

The club officially announced the signing of playmaker Abdel Rahman Magdy from Ismaily Club to enhance the midfield and attack with a skilled and experienced young player. Born on September 12, 1996, Abdel Rahman Magdy is 26 years old.

He started his career in the youth ranks of Tersana Club before moving to Ismaily in 2017, where he stayed until his transfer to Pyramids FC.

During his football career, Abdel Rahman Magdy played 161 local and continental matches, scoring 25 goals and providing 12 assists.

Magdy has been an international player since March 23, 2019, and has played two international matches for the Egyptian national team.

He was a key player in Egypt’s victory at the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations in 2019 and the team’s qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
