Pyramids FC’s 2009 team have clinched a commanding victory over Mahalla Municipality in the league, securing three goals to their opponent’s one. Saad Tarek andYounes Mohamed led the charge, with Tarek opening the scoring in the 5th minute and Mohammed adding a brace in the 19th and 30th minutes. The match, played at the Air Defence Stadium, has further boosted Pyramids FC’s standing in the league. After nine rounds, the club is currently in second place, trailing just two points behind the league leader.
