Pyramids FC lineup to face Mazembe in CAF Champions League

Lubumbashi, Congo- Pyramids FC coach, Croatian manager, Krunoslav Jurčić, has announced the lineup for the Mazembe match in the CAF Champions League. Pyramids will be the visiting team against Mazembe today, Saturday, at the Mazembe Stadium in the Congolese city of Lubumbashi, in the fifth round of the CAF Champions League group stage. Pyramids FC’s Bobo out of Mazembe match due to incomplete recovery

Croatian Pyramids FC coach, Krunoslav Jurčić, has excluded playmaker Mohamed Reda “Bobo” from the Mazembe match due to his incomplete recovery. Pyramids FC will be visiting Mazembe today, Saturday, at Mazembe Stadium in the Congolese city of Lubumbashi as part of the fifth round of the group stage of the African Champions League. Bobo has been suffering from a severe cold since the Pyramids FC delegation arrived in Lubumbashi and did not participate in the team’s first training session, before participating in the second. The technical staff, after consulting with the medical staff, preferred to exclude Bobo from the match due to his incomplete recovery from the effects of the cold. Jurčić also decided to exclude the third goalkeeper, Youssef Nader, and winger Mahmoud Zalaka, in addition to international defender Ahmed Sami due to a hamstring injury.

Pyramids FC defender Ahmed Sami ruled out of Mazembe clash

Lubumbashi, Congo – Pyramids FC will be without the services of defender Ahmed Sami for their CAF Champions League match against Mazembe. Pyramids will face Mazembe on Saturday at the Mazembe Stadium in Lubumbashi, Congo, in the fifth round of the CAF Champions League group stage. Pyramids’ medical staff revealed that Sami suffered a hamstring strain in the final minutes of training on Friday. The medical staff attempted to get Sami ready for the match, but ultimately decided to rule him out in consultation with the coach, fearing that he could aggravate his injury. Sami will therefore miss the crucial match.
