Pyramids FC’s Bobo out of Mazembe match due to incomplete recovery

Croatian Pyramids FC coach, Krunoslav Jurčić, has excluded playmaker Mohamed Reda “Bobo” from the Mazembe match due to his incomplete recovery.

Pyramids FC will be visiting Mazembe today, Saturday, at Mazembe Stadium in the Congolese city of Lubumbashi as part of the fifth round of the group stage of the African Champions League.

Bobo has been suffering from a severe cold since the Pyramids FC delegation arrived in Lubumbashi and did not participate in the team’s first training session, before participating in the second.

The technical staff, after consulting with the medical staff, preferred to exclude Bobo from the match due to his incomplete recovery from the effects of the cold.

Jurčić also decided to exclude the third goalkeeper, Youssef Nader, and winger Mahmoud Zalaka, in addition to international defender Ahmed Sami due to a hamstring injury.
